Your role:

• You are the first point of contact for our guests
• Professional handling of check-in and check-out processes
• Individual advice and support for our guests during their stay
• Reservation management and guest correspondence
• Helping to create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Your profile:

• You love dealing with guests and have a passion for service
• Experience in the hotel/catering industry is an advantage
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
