For our company we are looking for a cook (m/f/d) in Full time. You will support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. No a la carte, only half board. We look forward to getting to know you.
Your tasks:
- Usual activities of a chef and help to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly
- Current system: Appetizer, salad, soup & dessert buffet, depending on the season 2 or 3 main courses to choose from, served from the kitchen
- Active participation in cooking and producing the menus
- Assistance with plating
- Contributing ideas to the creation of the menus
- Compliance with and monitoring of HACCP regulations
- conscientious handling of food required
- conscientious management of temperature and cleaning lists together with the team
Requirements
- completed training as a cook
- several years of experience in the catering or hotel industry
