For our company we are looking for a qualified and motivated Employee for the accounting department (m/f/d) on a PART-TIME basis. You can expect an interesting, varied and responsible position (seasonal or annual employment).

Your tasks:

• Checking incoming and outgoing invoices (debtors/creditors)
• Keeping records of incoming goods
• Creating price comparisons
• Posting down payments (guest deposits) in the hotel program (after training)
• Keeping bank books (deposits & payments)
• Checking credit card statements
• Preparation work for external payroll accounting (preparing data, checking rosters)
