Description
The Central is looking for fine conductors
"Feine Leite" is what they say in Ötztal when you've found the good ones. And that's what we are looking for! We are a 5-star hotel; always innovative, but never out of the ordinary. The Central belongs to the Sölden ski lift company and is run by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl.
Be a hero without working late in the kitchen? Become our new staff chef!
Perhaps you loved baking sand cakes as a child. Or maybe you only discovered your love of subtle flavors later? Either way, are you now passionate about the best ingredients and good food, do you like tinkering with ideas, are you helpful and generally a fine person? But you're not a fan of being in the kitchen until late at night? Then join our kitchen team and be the hero of our hard-working staff! And the great thing about this job: you have regular, flexible (daily) working hours.
Your tasks: You can do that!
- Creation of varied and balanced menus for employees and continuous adaptation
- Selection of fresh ingredients and food for the preparation of meals
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering food in good time
- Consideration of any different dietary requirements or allergies
- resource-saving preparation of meals and recycling of unused ingredients
If you don't meet every point on this list, don't worry! We'll be happy to show you everything you need to know.
