"Feine Leite" is what they say in Ötztal when you've found the good ones. And that's what we are looking for! We are a 5-star hotel; always innovative, but never out of the ordinary. The Central belongs to the Sölden ski lift company and is run by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl.

Your tasks: You can do that!

• Independent work at the assigned post
• Preparation and cooking of all types of cold dishes such as fish, mussels and shellfish, terrines, etc.
• Knowledge of the food on offer and how it is prepared
• Implementation of recipes according to the chef's standards
