Core tasks *Preparing and serving food to the complete satisfaction of the guests *Smooth kitchen operation, adherence to standards *Orderliness and cleanliness in the workplace *Preparing food *Coordinating, leading and working at the Gardemanger post *Responsibility for the proper preparation and serving of food according to the specified quantities *Mise-en-place preparations Preparation according to the specified quantities *mise-en-place preparations *ensuring consistent quality and control of all food in the entire kitchen area *compliance with hygiene and safety measures for the HACCP concept *co-organization and ensuring the proper flow of goods in the kitchen, cold stores and all warehouses *careful handling of kitchen inventory
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the same or a similar position At least one year of professional experience Creativity Mindful handling of food Well-groomed, attractive appearance and pleasant manners Team spirit and loyalty German spoken and written Independent work Loyalty to the company and superiors Physical and mental resilience Punctuality and flexibility Confident handling of stressful situations Open to new ideas Sense of cleanliness and tidiness
