Description
We are looking for a young chef (m/f/d) to actively support our kitchen team for the coming summer season
P.S.: Our hotel kitchen was completely renovated in the fall - we have been cooking in our state-of-the-art new Lohberg kitchen since winter 2022/2023.
Your tasks:
- active support of the Chef de Partie
- Substitute for the Chef de Partie's day off
- proper storage and handling of all raw materials and food
- Cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- completed training in the catering industry
- At least 1 year of professional experience is an advantage
- Specialist knowledge in upscale gastronomy
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
