Description

We are looking for a young chef (m/f/d) to actively support our kitchen team for the coming winter season 2024/25

P.S.: Our hotel kitchen was completely renovated in the fall - we have been cooking in our state-of-the-art new Lohberg kitchen since winter 2022/2023.

Your tasks:

- active support of the Chef de Partie

- Substitute for the Chef de Partie's day off

- proper storage and handling of all raw materials and food

- Cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

What we expect from you:

- completed training in the catering industry

- At least 1 year of professional experience is an advantage

- Specialist knowledge in upscale gastronomy

- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience

- ability to work independently

- Punctuality and honesty

Language skills

German

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: < 1 Jahr

Salary type: gross
: Gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement for a 6-day week; the possibility of payment above the collective agreement is given, depending on qualifications and hours worked
