Description
We are still looking for a Chef Pâtissier for our kitchen team for the coming summer season:
P.S.: Our hotel kitchen was completely renovated in the fall - we have been cooking in our state-of-the-art Lohberg kitchen since winter 2022/2023!
Requirements
YOUR TASKS:
- Preparation, production and serving of all desserts and sweets
- independent and autonomous work
- proper storage and handling of all raw materials and food
- Cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
What we expect from you:
- completed vocational training as a patissier
- very good specialist knowledge of international desserts and good knowledge of Austrian pastries and desserts
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- at least 3 years of professional experience in patisserie
- Punctuality and honesty
- Language skills
