Description
- General janitorial activities
- Testing and maintenance of technical installations, devices and safety equipment of the building services engineering
- Regular tours of the technical rooms
- Minor repairs in and around the entire building
- Functional check and repair of electrical and sanitary room equipment
- Processing of all manual work inside and outside the hotel facility
- Maintenance and care of the building services
- Carrying out summer and winter maintenance work
- Technical support for events
- Close cooperation with the front office, event and housekeeping departments
- Cooperation in the disposal of waste

Requirements

- Well groomed appearance
- Flexibility (guest-oriented duty hours; also on weekends)
- Good knowledge of German desirable

- General manual skills OR completed technical or trade training (electrician, painter, carpenter,...)

- Driving license B
