In order to keep our promise to our guests, we are looking for you: an Entremetier Your responsibilities - Independent management of your post - Food preparation for classic Austrian and international cuisine - Empathic and motivating management of assigned employees - Ongoing coordination and consultation with the kitchen management - Co-design of the menu plan
Requirements
Your skills - Completed training as a chef with sound food and product knowledge - Several years of professional experience in this or a similar position - Highest quality standards - Knowledge of national and international cuisine - Hygienic working methods in accordance with HACCP guidelines - Ability to work in a team, punctuality and resilience - Clean, economical and independent working style
