Janitor / technician (m/f/d)

We are looking to strengthen our janitor team as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Care and maintenance of the entire hotel inventory
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance of equipment or arranging for repairs to be carried out by external companies
• Inspection of the hotel's technical facilities
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities
• Seasonal tasks such as snow clearing and gritting
• Waste separation and commissioning of disposal
• Receipt, inspection and stowage of delivered goods
• Recording and regularly checking stock levels
• Transportation services and support in the preparation of events
• Planting, watering and maintenance of flowers and outdoor facilities
• Caring for the animals
• Deputy activities in swimming pool technology

Your profile

• Training in a skilled trade is an advantage
• Great manual dexterity and basic technical understanding
• Comprehensive understanding of building services
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Communicative and friendly in dealing with colleagues and guests
• Organized, clearly structured work
• Ability to react spontaneously to situations
• Physical resilience
• Car driver's license
• Very good knowledge of German
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
