Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- High quality awareness
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Enjoyment of the job
Responsibilities
- Management of the post, management of the assigned employees with the utmost care
- Smooth operation during service
- Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards set by the company and chef
- Monitoring of stock levels and incoming goods
- Further development of the Rigele kitchen philosophy in coordination with the head chef
