Description
The Steigenberger Hotel and Spa Krems is an H World International hotel, nestled in the surrounding vineyards on the Danube. The hotel has two restaurant areas, two hotel bars and a modern seminar area. We are looking for a committed Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to support our service team with immediate effect. Requirements
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in the catering or hotel industry
- work experience: 1-2 years
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
Your responsibilities:
- Smooth workflow at a high level and excellent guest service
- Provision of the necessary mis-en-place, as well as setting tables and boards
- Carrying out drinks and food service
- Maintaining cleanliness in the entire work and restaurant area
- Management and training of assigned employees
