Requirements
What you bring with you:
- A good feel for people and a big smile - even on the phone!
- Experience in reservations or a flair for organizational tasks - we are open to fresh talent!
- Strong communication skills and good time management - you keep calm even when things get busy
- You have no problem with the common booking and office systems - or are willing to familiarize yourself quickly
- A humorous, relaxed tone and a heart for hospitality
Your tasks:
- You reserve rooms for our guests - both individual travelers and groups - and make sure that everything is perfect. From inquiry to confirmation - you are the mastermind!
- You are the first contact our guests have and that means: you spread a good mood!
- You are a real organizational talent and keep the overview - even during stormy booking waves
- You work closely with all operational departments
- You juggle different systems, have an eye for detail and a hand for quick action
- You are always on hand to answer questions and requests and give guests the feeling that they are in good hands with us
- You ensure that inquiries become bookings and bookings become unforgettable stays

- The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry, classified in BG 3 with a gross salary of € 2,300.00. The actual salary will be determined in a personal interview depending on experience and qualifications.
