The hotel has 173 rooms and suites, two restaurant areas, two hotel bars and a modern seminar area. From important meetings in small groups to larger events, our conference rooms offer plenty of space.

To support our motivated team, we are looking for a part-time HR employee for 24 hours per week starting in May

Requirements

You are the linchpin when it comes to our employees! As our chaos tamer in HR, you keep things running smoothly, juggle paperwork and humanity and make sure that everyone in the team feels completely at ease. You're not just an administrator, but also a facilitator, mediator and sometimes even a counselor.

What you do with us:

  • You keep track of everything to do with personnel administration - contracts, payroll accounting, vacation requests (yes, even your own!).
  • You are the contact person for our employees and always have an open ear.
  • You help new colleagues get started and make sure they feel at home from day one.
  • You have a knack for organization and bring structure to HR chaos without losing your sense of humor.
  • You are the secret force behind smooth HR processes - from digitalization to the optimization of existing processes.
  • You provide support in applicant management, including scheduling and correspondence
  • You will also plan and organize personnel development measures and internal training courses

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry, classified in BG 3 with a monthly gross salary of at least € 1,320 for 24 hours per week.
