Sous chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated sous-chef for our company..... As Sous-Chef you will manage the kitchen in close cooperation with the host family and our head chef. Among other things, you will be responsible for - Independently managing and organizing the Saucier post - Deputy head chef - Supporting the head chef with daily orders for the posts & menu planning - Receiving goods - Checking delivery quantities, quality, temperatures, weights - Monitoring the cold storage and storage rooms - Instructing and instructing trainees on the posts - General hygiene work in the kitchen & Compliance with the hygiene concept If you can think creatively and act in a solution-oriented manner, approach this task with commitment and want to develop yourself further, and you are also motivated to take up this position with the option of a longer period of time?!.....
