We produce in our kitchen team: * Sliced cheese and Camembert * Curd cheese and yogurt * Sausage, Kaminwurzen and salami * Smoked meats such as: Game, pork and Pinzgau beef * jams and chutneys * herbal honeys, teas and liqueurs * around 16 different herbal syrups (our herb garden contains 2500 herbs) ...and we are always open to new things ...
