Requirements
Your tasks:
Breakfast buffet set-up, preparation and ongoing support during breakfast service. Working hours: 5.30 am to 2.30 pm
We also have our own organic farm. This provides us with high-quality organic basic products (hay milk, meat, herbs, fruit) which we refine in our kitchen. Our kitchen team produces (among other things 😉) * Semi-hard cheese and Camembert * Curd cheese and yogurt * Sausage, Kaminwurzen and salami * Smoked meats such as: Game, pork and Pinzgau beef * jams and chutneys * herbal honeys, teas and liqueurs * around 16 different herbal syrups (our herb garden contains 2500 herbs) ...and, we are always open to new things ... We attach great importance to quality, both in the kitchen and in service. Organic and sustainability is a big issue for us. Our young team is very motivated, easy-going and reliable. We have a very good working atmosphere, which is also very important to us. We work calmly and efficiently
