Requirements

Tasks:

Active support and representation of the restaurant manager in his absence
Professional presentation and serving of food and drinks to guests
Active sales and advice to guests Responsibility for the bar and drinks stock
Independent receipt taking & orderly and conscientious preparation of the waiter's bill
Daily participation in menu discussions and preparation of the mise en place
Checking and carrying out daily cleaning work

Language skills

English

B2 (good intermediate level)

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 1 Jahr
