Requirements
Tasks:
- Management of the restaurant operations and the entire service team
- Induction and ongoing training of employees and trainees
- Creation of duty rosters in compliance with legal regulations
- Responsibility for the bar and drinks stock
- Daily menu discussion with the team
- Supervision of daily cleaning work
