Requirements

Tasks:

Organization and management of your own post in the kitchen
Ensuring that everything runs smoothly
Clean preparation of the mise en place
Preparation and monitoring of food to the highest standard
Quality assurance, control and overview of stock levels
Compliance with and monitoring of HACCP hygiene regulations

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 1 Jahr
