Requirements

Tasks:

Support of the sous chef and co-management of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
Co-responsibility for the management of the team
Assisting in the preparation of menus for the half-board restaurant and lunch à la carte menu
Preparation of dishes to the highest standard
Purchasing of goods Quality assurance, control and overview of stock levels
Good and close cooperation with all departments
Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and food law requirements and regulations (e.g. HACCP)

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 3 Jahre
