Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated restaurant manager to strengthen our team:

Responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with our restaurant director and head waiter
• Management of the service team (approx. 16 employees)
• Responsibility and coordination of smooth operations
• Scheduling and continuous training of the entire service team
• Administrative activities (duty roster, table plan)
• Representative appearance and contact person for our guests
• Close cooperation with our kitchen and reception team
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace and in the bar area in compliance with hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Professional appearance and well-groomed appearance
• Flexible, independent and autonomous working style
• Leadership qualities, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of wine
• Friendly interaction with our employees and guests
• 5-day or 6-day week
