• At least 3 years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• Wine and beverage knowledge
• Experience in managing your own ward with an overarching "helicopter function"
• You speak fluent German and/or good English

• Your goal is to contribute to day-to-day operations with a high level of personal responsibility, commitment and organizational talent
• You are a committed and competent manager
