• Reception and farewell to guests (CHECK IN & CHECK OUT)
• Handling day-to-day operations: telephone, lists, excursions,...
• Inquiry and reservation processing at eva, style
• Receiving and initiating measures in the event of guest complaints
• Support for guests during their stay (contact person for requests and questions)

YOU SCORE PROFESSIONAL POINTS WITH THAT..

• Completed vocational training or positive completion of hotel management school
• Native speaker of German or excellent written and spokenGerman skills
• very good PC skills (MS OFFICE)
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Knowledge of job-specific programs (hotel software, channel manager)
• Consulting expertise
