  • Handling day-to-day operations: telephone, lists, excursions,...
  • Inquiry and reservation processing at eva, style
  • Receiving and initiating measures in the event of guest complaints
  • Support for guests during their stay (contact person for requests and questions)

  • Completed vocational training or positive completion of hotel management school
  • Native speaker of German or excellent written and spokenGerman skills
