WE TRUST YOU....

• Creating offers and reservations
• Support for the front office team
• Support in the maintenance of the PMS system (Protel) and Channel Manager (Cognitive)
• Planning and creating group reservations
• Incentive support on site
• Handling with sales partners (account management, stop sales, ...)
• Control of pricing and package design
• Assistance with in-house marketing measures and cross-departmental work in various sales activities
• Correct data maintenance

YOU SCORE PROFESSIONAL POINTS..

• National or international experience in the vacation hotel industry
• At least 2 years of experience in reception and reservations
• Strong sales and organizational skills as well as a customer and service-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of Protel hotel software and all OTA portals and platforms
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good command of written and spokenEnglish and German
