Description
- You are responsible for the care and cleaning of the hotel rooms and suites according to our hotel standards and quality guidelines
- You will carry out cleaning in the public areas of the hotel
- You will assist with necessary preparation tasks on the floor (replenishing cleaning products, guest items and fresh linen)
- Tasks in the laundry as required
- Representing the housekeeper in her absence (scheduling, communicating with other departments, checking and releasing rooms)
- Supporting the housekeeper with the induction of new colleagues
Requirements
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in comparable hotels
- You are characterized by attention to detail
- You have a positive charisma and enthusiasm
- You are committed and highly motivated
- You have a sincere guest and service orientation
- You are physically resilient and stress-resistant
- You are a team player
- You can communicate in German and/or English without any problems
