Description
- Operational management of the housekeeping team
- Administrative tasks according to the position (scheduling, orders, feedback meetings, communication with other departments, etc.)
- You are responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, the public areas, the wellness area and the employee residences in compliance with our hotel standards and quality guidelines
- You also provide operational support to your employees with various cleaning tasks
- You organize the induction of new team members
- You sensitize your team with regard to the cost-conscious use of cleaning agents
- You are the first point of contact for external laundry cleaning and also coordinate this
Requirements
- You have already gained experience in a comparable position
- You are committed, well-groomed and highly motivated
- You are physically resilient and stress-resistant
- You are a team player
- You are in love with detail and have a sense for appealing decoration
- You can communicate easily in German and English
