Turning Rotating (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated sous-chef or a touring chef for our company. As the chef's right-hand man, you will work with a competent and dynamic team in the hotel area to ensure a smooth workflow. In cooperation with the head chef, you will be responsible for the following areas, among others: - Coordination and management of the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef - Collaboration in the design of the offer - Coaching and training of new employees - Representative execution of orders and goods inspections - Management of a post - Daily "mise en place" activities - Breakfast, à la carte and half-board service - Responsibility for hygiene regulations
