Description
For our company we are looking for a motivated sous chef or a tournant
As the right hand of the chef, you will ensure a smooth workflow with a competent and dynamic team in the hotel area
In collaboration with the chef, you will be responsible for the following areas, among others
- Coordination and management of the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef
- Collaboration in the design of the offer
- Coaching and induction of new employees
- Deputy execution of orders and goods inspections
- Leading a post
- daily "mise en place" activities
- Breakfast, à la carte and half board service
- Responsibility about the hygiene rules
