We are looking for a motivated sous chef for our company. You will support our kitchen crew in handling the workflow, working directly with the head chef. Leading the team in the kitchen - which requires you to have a love of the job, creativity, flexibility and an understanding of time management. Requirements
- Right hand of the head chef
- Responsible for the kitchen brigade during the chef's absence
- Creating the duty roster when the chef is absent
- Handle orders, whether online or by telephone - mainly in the absence of the chef
- Work according to HACCP regulations and carry out annual training, whether with or without external suppliers
- Responsibility for the employees in the individual positions
- Creating and implementing menus and buffets
- Quality control of the food/dishes being prepared
- Replacing employees in the event of illness or absence in the individual positions
