Description
We are looking for a motivated sous chef for our company. You will support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes as well as in menu planning and design. You will be able to stand in for the head chef on his days off and responsibly take over his agendas in his absence. You are familiar with menu calculations, ordering modalities, staff management and staff training as well as stock keeping according to HACCP. A calm and orderly workplace is a prerequisite.
