Training as an educator or after-school caregiver or job-related courses are a great advantage for this profession. Instrumental knowledge is not a prerequisite but makes things a lot easier. Professional competence in animation, experience in baby, toddler, kids and teens, youth care with sports, dance and theater, methodical knowledge in organization, material procurement and handling, analytical thinking for the refinement of existing concepts or for new ideas, willingness to perform, living the company philosophy, ability to work in a team and cooperate, ability to deal with conflict and criticism, creativity and flexibility and a clever amount of inventiveness.
