WHO WE ARE:We are the Hotel Sandhof in Lech - a family-run hotel with style, heart and tradition. Directly opposite, we are building a new wine bar that will not only be a meeting place for wine lovers, but also a place where wine is lived and celebrated. open for 44 months, with 70 seats (inside and outside) and a clear vision: quality, passion and personality.
Requirements
- Development and management of the new wine bar from opening
- Selection & maintenance of an exciting, international range of wines
- Host role at the highest level - with passion and personality
- Management and training of a small team
- Active involvement in shaping the concept, events and positioning
- Close cooperation with the Hotel Sandhof - but as an independent manager
- Economic management and ongoing optimization of the business
- Completed sommelier training (e.g. WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers or similar)
- Experience in upscale gastronomy or in the wine trade
- Entrepreneurial thinking & sense of responsibility
- Style, charisma and host DNA
- Enjoy building something new
- Willingness to take on long-term responsibility - also as a partner
