Service employee with collection (m/f/d)

The Andrelwirt is looking for dedicated and experienced waiters with collection skills to join our team. In this position you will be largely responsible for the satisfaction of our guests and help to ensure that they have an unforgettable stay in our gastronomic facilities.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Guest service: serving guests in a friendly and professional manner, recommending food and drinks and answering questions.
• Taking and processing orders: Taking orders and passing them on correctly to the kitchen or bar. Ensuring efficient and prompt service processing.
• Serving food and drinks: presenting and serving food and drinks to guests in a professional manner.
• Collection: Accounting of orders, correct handling of payments and reconciliation of the cash balance.
• Table management: monitoring table occupancy and reservations, organizing seating arrangements and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in service with collections.
• Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility to provide excellent service even in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of food and beverages as well as wine knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
