• Guest care in various services from morning to evening
• Ordering drinks and food with the help of an Orderman
• Preparation of the waiter's bill
• Implementation and support with daily mise en place
• Assistance in carrying out the daily cleaning work

• You speak fluent German or good English

• Wine and beverage knowledge
• At least 3 years of professional experience in gastronomy
• Experience in dealing with discerning international guests
