For our National Park Lodge Grossglockner in Heiligenblut - Into the Wild, outdoor specialist and meeting place for mountain and nature enthusiasts - we are immediately looking for a receptionist to strongly support our team
You are the first point of contact for all wishes and suggestions. With your cheerful and professional manner, you ensure that our guests feel warmly welcomed and competently looked after
Reservations, room allocation, check-in and check-out as well as the support of our guests during their entire stay are part of your daily tasks. In addition to all front-office tasks, you will also be responsible for back-office tasks such as telephone correspondence. You master complaints and possible delicate situations with your sovereign manner. You also act as an interface between the guest and the other hotel departments

Requirements
Ideally, you have completed training as a receptionist and have already gained experience in the upscale hotel and restaurant industry. But also career changers are welcome in our team. Your passion for the profession, as well as your well-groomed appearance and good manners distinguish you.
