Description
You are the first point of contact for all requests and suggestions. With your cheerful and professional manner, you ensure that our guests feel warmly welcomed and competently looked after. Responsibilities / main tasks Your main task is to manage the reception desk, including organizing reservations and managing the reception staff. As the first point of contact for guests, you have a lot of responsibility in this position. A warm welcome, check-in and check-out and friendly service for guests are the order of the day. In close cooperation with the other departments (housekeeping, kitchen, service), you can expect a wide variety of activities. As reception manager, you will also be available to answer guests' questions and concerns, and professional handling of complaints is also a prerequisite. Planning and organizing events in the hotel are also part of this job.
Requirements
You have completed training as a receptionist and have already gained experience in the upscale hotel and catering industry. Ideally, you speak one or more foreign languages. You are characterized by a well-groomed appearance and good manners.
