Our family-run hotel SPULLERSEE APPARTEMENTS impresses with its privileged location in Lech, one of the most beautiful winter sports resorts in Austria. We are proud to offer our guests more than just accommodation. We want you to feel completely at home with us and have an unforgettable time. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated receptionist who will inspire our guests and contribute their professional skills to the positive development of the hotel.
Requirements
Welcoming and looking after our guests: You are the first point of contact for our guests and make them feel welcome right from the start.
Check-in and check-out: You ensure that arrival and departure processes are handled efficiently and that all guest information is recorded correctly.
Guest service: You are always available to answer our guests' questions and concerns and offer assistance to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
Cash management and accounting: You will be responsible for cash management and invoicing.
Administrative activities: You will take on administrative tasks such as processing mail, emails and telephone calls as well as maintaining guest databases.
