Welcoming and looking after our guests: You are the first point of contact for our guests and make them feel welcome right from the start.

Check-in and check-out: You ensure that arrival and departure processes are handled efficiently and that all guest information is recorded correctly.

Guest service: You are always available to answer our guests' questions and concerns and offer assistance to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

Cash management and accounting: You will be responsible for cash management and invoicing.

Administrative activities: You will take on administrative tasks such as processing mail, emails and telephone calls as well as maintaining guest databases.
