Description

Receptionist for summer season(s) and/or winter season(s) in Tyrol - We have focused on private guests (up to 120) mainly from German-speaking countries. The reception is therefore concerned about the well-being of our guests. This is how we want to remain the best hotel in the region (according to HolidayCheck). Together in our reception team you will:  deal with correspondence and telephone calls  create and follow up on offers  look after our guests at reception  check in, check out  look after emarketing  deal with other administrative tasks, For you this means:  good pre-planning of the work to be done  hardly any stress due to good preparation  therefore better concentration on the work  security due to the best programs (Protel, Office, Publisher, ...) We offer you:  6, 5.5 or 5 day weeks in winter and summer season  plannable, best working hours  performance-related pay  appropriate accommodation in rooms with shower/WC  possibility of long-term cooperation

Requirements

Objectives of the position - Courteous customer service (telephone, email, on site) - Convincing implementation of the corporate philosophy and goals - Productive, flexible and collegial cooperation - Highest possible utilization of all rooms of the Hotel Sägerhof - Conscientious fulfillment of the given work orders - Coordination of the entire reception processes - Compliance with hygiene and representation requirements (clothing / hair) - Maintaining high guest satisfaction (region no. 1 on HolidayCheck) Individual tasks - Reception, advice, administration and billing of guests (Protel) - Guest advice on the phone, in correspondence and at the reception - Knowledge of the possibilities of vacation arrangements for guests - Mastery of recurring administrative processes - Correspondence (Word), design of information and guest newspaper (Publisher) - Control of supplier invoices and their transfer - Provision of guest information materials - Proper use, Care of the equipment used - Compliance with HACCP / Covid19 regulations Detailed requirements for applicants - well-groomed appearance - perfect appearance - friendly positive charisma - guest-oriented, open and communicative attitude - ability to work under pressure - organizational talent - reliability - social and entrepreneurial thinking - service thinking - sense of responsibility - German C1 language level - Very good knowledge of German is required to understand guests on the phone and at the reception and vice versa. Writing is computerized, but individual requests must be understood and responded to in writing. ' - Good knowledge of the English language telephone, correspondence and guest matters at reception - further desired would be basic knowledge of the French language for telephone, correspondence and guest matters at reception
