Description
We are looking for motivated employees to support our PLATZER reception team! Our season starts from mid-December until April. Gladly also for further seasons.
You will be working with a young, dynamic and very charming team and great guests! Our house is located directly in the center of Gerlos - one of the most famous vacation resorts in Tyrol, at 1,245m above sea level - in the middle of the Zillertal Arena. We pamper up to 70 private guests from different nations as part of our feel-good board. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team, excellent pay, regular working hours and attractive accommodation. Requirements
If you have a confident, self-assured demeanor and good manners, are self-motivated, punctual, responsible and reliable, then you've come to the right place in our team! Your tasks: - excellent knowledge of German, - excellent knowledge of English ideally also other foreign languages - well-groomed appearance - sense of responsibility - computer skills - check-in, check-out - processing of inquiries/reservations - guest service - complaint management - menu and morning mail - processing of registration forms
