Description
We are looking for a motivated manager for our PLATZER reception team. We would like to build you up as a manager over the summer to get the winter off to a good start.
You will work with a young, dynamic and very charming team and great guests! Our house is located directly in the center of Gerlos - one of the most famous vacation resorts in Tyrol, at 1,245m above sea level - in the middle of the Zillertal Arena. We pamper up to 70 private guests from different nations as part of our feel-good board. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team, excellent pay, regular working hours and attractive accommodation. Requirements
If you have a confident, self-assured demeanor and good manners, are self-motivated, punctual, responsible and reliable, then you've come to the right place in our team! Your tasks: Management of reception, check-in, check-out, scheduling of reception, controlling the floor on check-in days, communication with service and kitchen, sense of responsibility - IT skills - check-in, check-out - processing of enquiries/reservations - guest care - complaint management - processing of registration forms
