Requirements
- Carrying out all common reception tasks (check-in, check-out, wake-up call,...)
- Preparation of the morning post and the evening menu
- Checking departures incl. restaurant receipts
- Arrival preparations
- Advising guests about the Sankt Anton am Arlberg region and surroundings
- Working with checklists and standards
- Close cooperation and communication with other departments
- Concierge activities (e.g. guest requests and information)
- Issuing ski passes and Sommercard
- Language skills
