Requirements

Carrying out all common reception tasks (check-in, check-out, wake-up call,...)
Preparation of the morning post and the evening menu
Checking departures incl. restaurant receipts
Arrival preparations
Advising guests about the Sankt Anton am Arlberg region and surroundings
Working with checklists and standards
Close cooperation and communication with other departments
Concierge activities (e.g. guest requests and information)
Issuing ski passes and Sommercard

Language skills

English

B2 (good intermediate level)

German

C2 (excellent knowledge)
