As Chef de Rang, you will charm our guests with your communicative manner and in-depth knowledge of wine. Your experienced, independent way of working is the icing on the cake that perfectly showcases our cuisine, which has been awarded 3 toques. YOUR TASKS: -Independent management of your own station -Ensuring an optimal service flow -Selling drinks and wine as well as wine recommendations -Providing wine service -Preparing the daily "mise en place" -Attentive food and beverage service -Sharing responsibility for order and cleanliness in the entire restaurant YOU BRING WITH YOU: -Professional experience in the hotel industry -Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, any other language an advantage -Confident, well-groomed appearance -Responsibility, punctuality & reliability -Embitiousness, sociability and motivation -Excellent technical knowledge and very good wine knowledge We look forward to receiving your application!
