Requirements

You will be responsible for check-in/out, all correspondence with the guest, as well as looking after customers on site. Daily office work, as well as seasonal work, flexibility, friendliness, a sense of responsibility and a friendly approach to customers are basic requirements. You are the most important pillar in the house, you work closely with the service, the kitchen and the staff on the floor. Excellent German language skills and impeccable manners are part of your job description, as are punctuality, discretion and reliability.

What are your tasks?

- Check-in and check-out of guests: warm welcome and competent care of hotel guests, handling arrival and departure formalities

-Checking guest rooms and parking lot management for check-in

- Reservation management: processing reservation requests by phone or e-mail and confirmations

-Front office management and organization of the reception area

-Writing the guest menus and daily morning post, keeping lists, etc

- Cash management: processing payments and accounting.

- Guest service: answering inquiries, finding solutions to problems or requests, providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area

- Coordination with other departments: Working closely with housekeeping, the restaurant and the kitchen

- Guest profile maintenance: Managing and updating guest data in the system
