The Hotel Die Arlbergerin in St. Anton am Arlberg is looking for a friendly and dedicated Receptionist (m/f/d) who will ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay from the first to the last minute. As the first face our guests see, you play a crucial role in our team. You are responsible for a warm welcome, competent support and the professional handling of all check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or experience in the reception area
- Very good knowledge of German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and a high service orientation
- Experience with hotel software (e.g. Protel) is desirable
