Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the à la carte sector
- Passion for regional and high-quality cuisine
- Creativity and the ability to implement your own culinary ideas
- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Experience in managing and supervising kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Well-groomed appearance and high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
