Strengthen our team as FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (M/F) In addition to your specialist knowledge in the hotel and catering industry, you have experience of working professionally in the reception area. TASKS: - Ensuring the smooth running of daily front office tasks - Welcoming and assisting guests on site from check-in to check-out - Providing individual support for guest requests and complaint management - Managing an existing front office team - Creating duty & vacation schedules - Working closely with reservation management - Communicating with the housekeeping and housekeeping departments - Experience in using the hotel software "Protel" is an advantage WE OFFER: - 5-6 days a week / - Young team, very good working atmosphere - Leisure opportunities in the hotel - Further training opportunities - Employee benefits (in the hotel) - Annual position - Free board & lodging You can expect a great workplace where you can implement your ideas and skills. Requirements
TASKS: - Ensuring the smooth running of daily front office tasks - Reception and on-site guest care from check-in to check-out - Individual care of guest requests and complaint management - Management of an existing front office team - Creation of duty & vacation schedules - Close cooperation with the reservation management - Communication with the housekeeping and building services departments - Experience in using the hotel software "Protel" is an advantage - Several years of experience in the upscale hotel industry in a comparable position - You enjoy dealing with people, have a warm demeanor and enjoy your job - Good German & English language skills, other foreign languages an advantage - Experience in leading & motivating employees - Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills - You are always a role model for the front office team even in times of high workload - Friendly, positive and winning charisma - Professional conflict resolution between guests and/or employees
