To strengthen our team we are looking for a dedicated assistant to the restaurant management or Responsibilities: - Support in the management of the service team - Responsibility and coordination of smooth operations - Organization and continuous training of the entire service team - Administrative activities (rostering, table plan) - Representative appearance and contact person for our guests - Close cooperation with our kitchen and reception team - Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace and in the bar area in compliance with hygiene regulations Requirements: - Excellent German and English language skills - Professional appearance and well-groomed appearance - Flexible, independent and self-reliant work - Leadership qualities, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure - Good wine knowledge - Friendly interaction with our employees and guests - 5-day week
