Description
We are looking for a full-time or part-time receptionist for our AlpenParks Hagan Lodge in Altaussee with 62 lodges and approx. 350 beds
Your tasks:
- Organizational and administrative work
- Individual/business and conference guests
- Direct guest care
- Advising guests on excursion destinations and hikes in the region
- Active telephone sales
- Creating individual offers and arrangements
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- As well as invoicing and carrying out debt collection
- Experience with hotel software (Gastrodat) is an advantage
