For our AlpenParks Apartment & Ferienresort Rehrenberg in Viehhofen we are looking for a qualified and motivated receptionist. Requirements

Your tasks:

Guest care including check-in and check-out
Preparing offers and processing inquiries and reservations
Active telephone and sales calls
Accounting and reporting
Receiving guest requests and complaint management
Advising and informing guests about all areas of the hotel and the surrounding area

Your profile:

Written and spoken German and English
Experience at the reception desk
Friendly and polite demeanor
Confident use of a PC and experience with hotel programs is an advantage
Enjoy dealing with guests
Accuracy, ability to work in a team, independence and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

English

Work permit: Work permit must be available (or EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 1 Jahr
